The 2011 Sustaining Military Readiness Conference Exhibition provides a forum for government organizations, companies and NGO's to share lessons learned and facilitate knowledge transfer outside the meeting room.

Poster Exhibits

The Sustaining Military Readiness Conference sponsors invite project managers to submit a poster for display in the exhibit hall. Posters should reflect success stories and lessons learned in projects which have helped sustain military readiness. The conference sponsors are particularly interested in projects related to energy, climate change, training and test ranges, community and military partnerships, growth planning, sustainability, management tools, emergent technologies and related influences on the US military today and in the future.
There is no charge to exhibit your poster if accepted; however, poster exhibitors must attend the conference. Space is limited.
General Rules and Regulations
- Exhibitors agree to abide by the installation and dismantling times.
- All posters/display booths must fit on the designated poster board or within the confines of their assigned space so as not to impede traffic flow, infringe on the space of other exhibitors, or violate the emergency exit routes set forth by the Fire Marshall. Any distribution of literature or signs shall be limited to the exhibitor’s area.
- Conference Organizer reserves the right to rearrange the final floor plan of poster exhibits.
- Neither the management of the hotel, the contractors, nor conference committee shall be liable for the damage, loss, or destruction to the exhibits by reason of fire, theft, accident, or other destructive causes. Posters and display booths are exhibited solely at the exhibitor’s risk. Neither the management of the hotel, the contractors, conference committee, nor any of their agents and employees will be accountable or liable for accidents to exhibitors, their agents, or their employees.
- Conference committee and/or its contractors are not responsible for any thefts or losses that may occur to items or materials in the Exhibit Hall. The Exhibit Hall is always open and there are often attendees viewing posters or networking all day, so you are encouraged to secure items of value or take them with you when you leave.
